The role:
- Draft, redefine and advise on policy
- Advise on compliance issues
- Risk management strategies and audit
- Development and disposal of underwriting
- Increase claim handling ability
- Advise on insurance liabilities and indemnities
- Advise on reinsurance and insurance M & A and restructuring
- Advise on capital raising
To hit the ground running, we’ll need a few things from you:
- Significant Corporate Insurance front-end experience
- Experience with Self-insured clients and General insurance will be looked upon favourably
- 6+ years PAE
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability leading a team of 5+ people
- Demonstrated ability on working on complex matters
- Passion for Public Speaking

- $170k-$220k + Super + Bonuses
