Representing a number of renowned brands in the local market, this full-service firm is looking to expand their offering and seeking the next generation of leaders for the practice.

Their Chinese client division is undergoing phenomenal growth and they need someone with the technical, interpersonal, and client skills to further this growth.

That's right. You don't need a portable fee base to come in as a Partner in this practice. They're looking for someone with the hunger and desire to grow and will support you in this endeavour. 

This platform will enable you to build that fee base and rapidly ascend to Partnership.

What are we looking for?
  • Drive and passion for providing the best to your clients and thereby building your fee base
  • Experience working with SMEs particularly between $2M-$25M revenue
  • Proven experience winning new clients and building your fee base
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese
What would make you stand out? Any or all of the following:
  • Specialisation in working with Chinese clients (especially inbound investment)
  • Specialisation within a particular industry (Agribusiness, Professional Services, Medical, Construction/Property etc)
  • History of leveraging more work from an existing fee base and the ability to cross-sell services.
