PRIMARY RESPONSIBIILTIES / PURPOSE  

• Management and growth of a portfolio of clients • Understand the client (personal and business dynamics) and develop annual intention lists • Strategically understand key points of development, growth and pain points of client • Provide technical reservoir applicable for this client group or to source information appropriately • Understand and see trends and what they have to do to help client • Interact with other internal stakeholders within Adrians’ business



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver outstanding public practice accounting services to your own client base; • Manage a client base of Small/Medium Family Business groups • Ensure all Tax/compliance jobs you are responsible for are delivered within Adrians’ internal DIFOT policy (scheduling client work, reminding clients of their deadlines, keeping client informed of work progress, finalising job process) • Managing your own Client Group Revenue budget (delivering client jobs within budget and resolving matters that could impact job becoming over budget) • Supervise and mentor subordinate team members or less experienced team members in preparing accounting work • Establish and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships • Identifying opportunities for your client base for value added advisory services for business planning, growth and protection of client group • Deliver quality customer service to client base • Provide recommendations to clients regarding their financial matters • Contribute to publishing blog material for social media platforms, websites and newsletters (video, written) • Uncover and undertake presentations for clients and industry groups on appropriate topics • Initiate and participate in networking opportunities for business and personal development • Recognising client needs beyond Tax work such as: - o refinancing requirements, o considering alternative solutions to reduce internal compliance

Expectations • Actively use internal tools and workflows to assist you in your role (managing jobs, record client meeting, telephone calls, emails, relationships) • Attend team meetings and training sessions • Role will be responsible for 30-40 client groups on average
